Thank you for shopping with Cole Harper Books. The following shipping policy applies to physical merchandise purchased through our website.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship physical products within the United States.
International shipping may be offered for certain products if it is supported by our fulfillment provider. Availability and shipping charges, when applicable, will be shown during checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is not free unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the type and quantity of physical products in your order.
Current standard U.S. shipping rates include:
- Super Lightweight: Starting at $3.99, plus $0.75 for each additional applicable item.
- Lightweight: Starting at $4.99, plus $1.50 for each additional applicable item.
- Heavyweight: Starting at $7.99, plus $2.50 for each additional applicable item.
The final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping rates may be adjusted in the future to reflect changes in fulfillment or carrier costs.
Fulfillment
Certain merchandise sold by Cole Harper Books is produced and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment provider.
Because products may be made specifically after an order is placed, processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Estimated delivery times shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Processing
Orders begin processing after payment has been successfully received.
Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Cole Harper Books is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If you discover an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once fulfillment has begun.
Returns and Replacements
Because many of our physical products are produced on demand, returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference.
A replacement or appropriate resolution may be available when:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The customer receives the wrong product.
- The customer receives an incorrect design, size, or item due to a fulfillment error.
Customers should contact Cole Harper Books promptly after receiving an incorrect or defective product and provide photographs or other information that may be necessary to verify the issue.
Approved claims will be handled in accordance with the applicable fulfillment provider’s policies.
International Orders
If international shipping is made available for a particular product, additional shipping costs, customs charges, taxes, duties, or import fees may apply.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges imposed by their country.
Returns are not available for international orders, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Digital Products
Digital products, including eBooks and downloadable audiobooks, do not require shipping and are not subject to physical-product shipping charges.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address problems, or other circumstances outside the control of Cole Harper Books.
Cole Harper Books cannot guarantee a specific delivery date once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
