Because some merchandise is produced after an order is placed, processing and production times may apply before an order is shipped.

Cole Harper Books currently ships physical products within the United States, except where international shipping is specifically offered at checkout.
Shipping is not free unless expressly stated during a promotion or on a particular product.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and may be based on product type, quantity, destination, and fulfillment-provider shipping rates.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Cole Harper Books is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses supplied by customers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Because some physical merchandise is made or printed specifically for an order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges based solely on:
• Ordering the wrong size.
• Changing your mind.

For merchandise fulfilled through our print-on-demand providers, claims are generally limited to items that arrive:
• Defective.
• Damaged due to a manufacturing issue.
• Incorrect compared with the item ordered.
Customers should contact Cole Harper Books promptly after receiving an incorrect or defective item and provide reasonable information or photographs when requested so the issue can be reviewed.
Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and fulfillment-provider policies.
International orders, when offered, are not eligible for returns unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Digital Products
Digital products may include eBooks, audiobooks, downloads, or other electronically delivered content.
Due to the nature of digital products, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where required by law or where the digital product is defective or was incorrectly delivered.
Purchasing a digital product gives you a limited personal-use right to access that product. It does not transfer copyright or ownership.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, upload, share, or commercially exploit digital products without written authorization.
